High School

Ages (13 to 18 yrs. old) strength and conditioning program. Often times student athletes don’t take the time to assess their current skill level then develop a program that is tailed to their current physical fitness.

People whom we train will not necessarily be using their strengths on a regular basis. Still it provides a universal and a well-rounded course of training for anyone. YouBall Training will be useful regardless of anyone’s station in life. Once again, the YouBall Training program is designed for universal scalability. That lets any person with no previous workout experience fit in.

The beauty of the YouBall Training broad appeal is that it can be used to train anyone, with a great benefit for health and performance. It makes possible to train both an elderly individual with a heart disease and a cage fighter. All while following the one and same training routine!

This is done by tweaking each workout individually (in both the physical load and workouts’ intensity). Each YouBall Training workout is exercised within a small group of students. It’s always scaled across all levels of fitness routine. With YouBall Training, you will have the guidance and motivational support of our premium trainers and coaches!
